Placing & Canceling Orders
How do I place an order with SeeMikeSaw?
Simply browse through our merchandise and add the items that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click to checkout, provide the requested information such as your mailing and shipping address and credit card info, and submit to place your order.
How long will items stay in my shopping cart if I do not buy them right away?
If you are logged into your member account, your items will remain in your shopping cart until you remove them. If you are only a visitor on the site (not logged in as a member) your items will be removed from the cart when you leave the site.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can email us at customerservice@seemikesaw.com for an estimated arrival date.
Do I pay sales tax on my orders with SeeMikeSaw?
SeeMikeSaw will collect sales tax on items shipped within the state of Wyoming. The current rate is 6%. Shipping costs are non-taxable.
When is my credit card charged?
For non-custom items, your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped. For custom items, your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
Can I cancel an order once it has been submitted?
You may cancel a non-custom order as long as it has not been shipped. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
To cancel an order, please send an email to customerservice@seemikesaw.com and include your name and order number.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
If you select "Standard" shipping for your order, in-stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days and you should receive your order within 10 business days, depending on your location.
Out of stock and custom items will take longer to ship. You will receive an email with an estimated ship date for out of stock and custom orders. Out of stock and custom orders usually ship no more than four weeks from the time the order is placed.
"Express" delivery orders will be expedited and processed the next business day after receiving your order. "Next Day" orders received by noon MST will be shipped for delivery the following day. There is no "Express" or "Next Day" delivery for furniture items.
Please note that SeeMikeSaw cannot ship items to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
The following chart provides standard shipping costs for furniture and non-furniture items. Charges are calculated according to weight and shipping address. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require air delivery and will be calculated individually based on weight and address (email for quote). Express and Next Day orders will incur additional charges.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Merchandise purchased from SeeMikeSaw may be returned within 45 days of purchase if in original condition and packaging for the full purchase price. SeeMikeSaw will not refund shipping charges. Custom orders are non-returnable.
How do I return something to you?
If you would like to return something, send it back to SeeMikeSaw within 45 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging. Send carefully packed to the following address:

Credit will be applied when the item is received. Please make sure that you include your contact information: name, address, phone number, email address and order number.
Privacy & Security
What do you do with the personal information I provide?
We keep the information you provide us to fulfill your order and then for our records only. You may choose to receive new site and product information through email or postal mail, but may opt out at any time by sending an email to customerservice@seemikesaw.com.
We will not release customer information to anyone outside SeeMikeSaw.
Is my credit card information secure?
